Last seasons Finalist Oakham United host Premier Division Runners Up Crowland Town in one of the most notable fixtures in the first round draw.
Leverington Sports make the long trip to Borderville Sports Centre to face newly promoted Stamford AFC Reserves, while fellow Premier Division newbies YDP start the competition hosting Ramsey Town.
The first Cup games will begin on 12th September
